Homemade
Dawg Biscuits

2 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
4 fresh eggs
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup cornmeal
Flour
Flavoring such as 1 tsp.
garlic powder (not garlic salt),
or 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni,
or 1 tbsp. chicken or beef boullion, etc.
Mix the pumpkin and eggs
together thoroughly. Add the measured dry ingredients and
whatever flavoring you are using. Then add sufficient flour
to make a stiff dough that can be rolled out. Roll out on a
floured surface and cut into bite size pieces with a pizza
cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 300
degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes until done but still soft.
Reduce oven temperature to 150 degrees F and bake until
completely dried out. Store in a place the dawgs can't
reach.

The Dawgs,
Pierre and Tatum wait patiently . . .

. . . for
Mom to turn her back!
