L to R: Angus, Sadie, Bella, Otis, Penny, Gentry, Mac

Available puppies

Born December 17, 2011

to Copper and Duffy

Angus

Angus is a sweet natured boy that loves to play. He'll be a great choice for an active family. His coat is very thick and a golden apricot color. I think he'll develop a beautiful shaggy doodle coat with loose waves, based on the waves you can see already on his beautiful long ears.

Mac

Mac is also a quiet boy, inquisitive and intelligent and alert. He watches everything! His coat is thick and soft and a nice apricot color. Mac also has the nice blocky head and a sturdy build. He will be a good choice for almost anybody!

Otis

Otis at 6 weeks old

Pictures below are at 4 weeks old

Otis is a quiet, laid back pup who is very responsive and shows signs of high intelligence. It looks like he will have a wavy coat type. He is the lightest in color in this litter. He has a beautiful blocky head.

Bella

Above is Bella at age 5 weeks. Pictures below are at age 4 weeks.

Bella is the smallest puppy in this litter. She is a sweetheart and goes about spreading love everywhere, licking the other puppies, the grown dogs, the kitties (when they'll hold still), and even me. She is a quiet natured, contemplative puppy, more likely to be consoling the loser of a puppy wrestle than to be instigating one. Bella loves toys and licks them like they are needing her love too. She'll probably be close to 35 or 40 pounds at maturity. Bella appears gold in the pictures but her coat is coming in a gorgeous apricot color, judging by the 1/4 inch of hair closest to her skin. I think she will be a true apricot. Her coat is as soft as an angora bunny rabbit!

Gentry (SOLD)

Above pictures are at age 5 weeks. Picture on left is taken outdoors in natural light and shows the apricot color more accurately. Under incandescent light she has a gold tint but outdoors more of a pink apricot. Pictures below are at age 4 weeks.

Gentry is a female but by no means dainty. She's got the build of the golden retriever side of the heritage and I included a side shot of the head to show the blocky face and long ears. She's going to be perfect for anyone wanting a sturdy goldendoodle. In fact, she would make an excellent choice for a family with small children because there's nothing fragile about this dog. She's also very active and playful. It was hard to get good pictures of her because she did not like to stay still. This is the puppy that will be chasing the ball in a game of fetch, running the 5K race with her owner or anything involving excitement and activity. She loves to wrestle her littermates and to explore the whole house. In the top picture of her walking toward the camera, you can see her boldness and if you look close, you'll see her tail wagging so hard that the camera almost didn't catch it. Her paws are large and I think she'll be a golden retriever sized doodle. Her coat is a beautiful apricot shade with dark apricot ears. I think we'll see a nice wavy coat developing here over the next few weeks.

Gentry is enrolled in the extra month of training and will go to her forever home in Texas when she is twelve weeks old.

Penny

Penny is a sweet, middle sized girl and middle of the litter temperament also, being neither rowdy nor shy. She is playful, yet quiet too. Penny is very responsive to affection and shows indications that she will be a quick learner. Her color is apricot and it looks like she will have a nice full doodle coat as it is already one of the longer coats in this litter.

There are three males and two females still available. Pictures of the remaining pups will be posted as soon as possible.

Three weeks of puppy kindergarten from ages 5 weeks to 8 weeks is included in the price. Extended training is also available.

This litter is well on the way to being housetrained. Click here to watch a video of the puppies going out to potty at age 5 weeks in the first portion and age six weeks in the last part of the video. You will see the tremendous progress they are making. They are now sleeping through from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. with a dry floor in their pen and making it outside to go. I'm really pleased with this litter!
